M & R follows the simplest method for Hiring Candidates. The Precise Processes undertaken at M & R enables to explore the true Qualities of a Candidate.
Technically sound Candidates are processed for H1’s.
Once a position Opening Occurs (i.e. Position is vacated or newly Created), the HR Office Conducts initial Application Screening with respect to essential job function of the position, by Screening Resumes & the Job application & initial interviews.
If the application needs the essential qualification for the position he is forwarded for the second interview. Complete final steps are taken to notify candidates who were not selected for the position. The HR Dept takes all efforts to put regular staff positions on the Website. Before offering a position to any Candidate, for authenticity, a minimum of two reference Checks are done by the hiring committee. It is practiced to follow appropriate records retention & filing Candidates documents.
Training and orientation activities are planned for the new employees.
